Web Site Guidelines
The purpose of the District Two Web Site is to share District Two information with the public, with Altrusa International, Inc., and with other Altrusans.
Altrusa International, Inc. District Two will maintain the web site located at http://altrusadistricttwo.homestead.com/
Links to District Two Altrusa Clubs will be activated upon notification to the Webmaster regarding the working club site address.
No physical addresses will be used when entering information pertaining to members, only their names, phone numbers and email addresses.
The Webmaster will work with the District Officers and Committee Chairs to develop appropriate materials for the site.
Photo's from Altrusa International, District and Club activities can be posted after completing these steps:
- All people in the photo should be clearly identified.
- The event date and location should also be included.
- Permission to post the photo's must be obtained from all people in the photo. This is the responsibility of the person providing the photo to the Webmaster.
- Original photo's can be mailed, scanned and/or e-mailed to the Webmaster, with the identifying information detailed above.
